DuBois Chemicals, Inc. in Chesterfield, MI is seeking a Production Operator for 2nd shift to package product and move materials through the line, with safety at the forefront.

You will operate forklifts, follow ISO/OSHA guidelines, read safety documents, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining clean work areas.

This role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience and a High School diploma or GED, with lift up to 50 lbs and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience; prior certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Working knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Packages product for shipment.
• Rotates parts between stripping, wash bay, RP, dry-off ovens, and packing area.
• Loads hand baskets and rotates parts between baskets.
