Omya in Wathena, KS seeks a Production Operator to operate automated and semi-automated equipment, load materials, follow formulas, test quality, and record data. This is a full-time role with rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime opportunities in a safety-focused facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and good teamwork and communication abilities. Prior manufacturing or maintenance experience is preferred.

Salary Range:

Starting at $24.00/hour + Shift Differential

This range reflects the base salary for this role. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.
