USG is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. Starting hourly pay is $24.90 with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am).

You will operate production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, collect data, and help maintain safety and housekeeping standards. The role requires teamwork and reliability with attendance. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
• Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency at taking measurements as needed to verify product is within specifications.
• Possess basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools and how to properly use them.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Production Operator:

Staring Hourly Payrate $24.90 per hour

Shift: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am rotating schedule monthly, 4 days on & 2 days off.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
