Job summary

CSP Composite, a leading Tier One supplier, seeks manufacturing operators to run mold presses and bonders, trim parts, and prep finishes in the paint area. This position supports CSP's innovative approach to lightweight composites for transportation.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; be able to use hand or power tools; and be open to any shift. CSP offers strong benefits and career growth.

Overview ofResponsibilities:

• Machine operation with mold presses or bonders.
• Trimming or deflashingparts.
• Prep or finishing parts in the paint area.

Requirements include:

• Be able to use hand or power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8hours or more.
• One year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High School or GED Diploma required or able to pass a written assessment for skills in communication and math.
• Must be open to any shift!
