Job summary

Best Promotions Promo, a Texas-based subsidiary of HPG Brands, is seeking a dependable Production Operator to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will operate printed product machines, mix inks for color matching, mount screen frames, position materials, and print customer images to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is self-reliant, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-volume, high-quality output in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive collaborative team member.
• Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
• Solution provider with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability you work overtime hours as needed.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce printed product on various manual machines
• Mix inks for appropriate color match, mounting the screen frames, positioning materials and printing customer images
• Count and inspect the quality of the finished product while adhering to production standards.
• Accurately reporting time and quantities completed and scrapped to insure accurate inventory.
• Provide alternative options, techniques and process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
• Support emergency rush orders by prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
