Kelly Services is seeking a Production Operator for the Nutra Blend team on the 1st shift, offering a pay rate of $21.85 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Qualifications

Production Operator - 1st Shift (Nutra Blend)

Position Summary

Join the Nutra Blend team, a leader in manufacturing and distributing vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and premixes for the animal feed industry. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products by operating equipment, handling materials, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing processes safely and efficiently.

  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Package and prepare finished products according to specifications.

  • Monitor production processes and report any issues to leadership.

  • Accurately complete production records and documentation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to achieve production goals.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt to changing production needs.

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Ability to stand and work throughout the entire shift.

  • Frequent walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, and other company-issued equipment.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without climate control, including exposure to hot, cold, dusty, and chemical-related conditions.
