Auria is hiring Production Operators for our Sidney, Ohio plant. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and reliable production across three shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

You will learn to operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring products meet strict specifications. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1–3 years in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety and quality alerts.
• Detail oriented and reliable attendance.
• Be a team player and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations including wearing PPE.
• Monitor quality components and procedures.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
• Monitor machinery and processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products and throughout production to ensure specifications.
• Maintain production logs.
• Assemble and package finished products.

With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for Production Operators to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio.

• 1st shift- 6:45am-2:45pm
• 2nd shift- 2:45pm-10:45pm
• 3rd shift- 10:45pm-6:45am

What you will do:

• Observe and follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations including wearing required PPE
• Monitor quality components and procedures
• Follow company health and safety policies
• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
• Monitor machinery and processes to ensure optimal performance
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products and throughout production to ensure they meet specifications standards
• Maintain production logs
• Assemble and package finished products
