Job Duties

• Perform operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of high-speed filling, making, and packing equipment using basic hand and power tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, and confront business-related problems to continuously improve equipment and processes .

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Liquid processing or packaging operations a huge plus.
• Operate and maintain automated equipment.
• Experience working with computer systems and product distribution systems.
• Possess a strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and solid interpersonal skills.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of production experience.
• Flexible with working OT.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
