Job description

Production Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly

Schedule: Must be flexible - Shifts are 12 hours and rotating (5 operators per shift, a total of 4 shifts) - Training: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM - Example Shifts: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off) & next week 3 days on, 4 days off

Location: Wilmer, TX 75172

Position Description:

1. Operate as one of 5 production operators per shift.
2. Perform 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in respective areas.
3. Communicate production information to the oncoming shift.
4. Execute all duties safely, reliably, and efficiently as instructed by the Line Leader.
5. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Strong enthusiasm for work with the ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
2. Proven reliability and a "Can Do" attitude.
3. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
4. Must speak English.
5. Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions.
6. Capability to meet production targets and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
7. Effective communication and collaboration with team members.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

1. Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
2. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
