Production Operator

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions

• Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring safety, quality, and throughput standards are met.
• Complete quality and production reports accurately and timely; conduct physical and visual inspections; report defects.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Keep production areas clean and organized.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Work across all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule or as required by production needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in manufacturing or similar environment
