Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Pay is $22.25 per hour with weekends/overtime/holidays as needed.

You will join the manufacturing team, operate machinery, and help convert raw materials into final products while following safety and quality standards. The role requires basic computer and mathematics skills, the ability to read and follow instructions in English, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced, cooperative

Qualifications

Job description

Production Operator

Pay: $22.25 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift; 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
