EvolutionHR is hiring Production Operators in Roanoke, VA for 2nd shift on a contract-to-hire basis. Operators will assemble, inspect, and package products, operate equipment safely, and ensure quality standards are met.

Production Operator Manufacturing/Production Roanoke , Virginia | Contract To Hire

EvolutionHR is currently hiring Production Operators in Roanoke, VA on 2 nd shift. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production line equipment, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The Production Line Worker will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area while working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. These positions pay $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

• Assist in the production process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established work procedures.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.

Qualifications of the Production Operator:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED is required for this position.
• We do have to run a background check. Also, you are required to pass a drug test including marijuana.
