The position requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift materials, and adherence to safety standards. A background check and drug test are required, with shift differentials possible for 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production specifications.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED is required for this position.
• We do have to run a background check. Also, you are required to pass a drug test including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet company quality standards and production specifications.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production schedules and customer deadlines.
