  • Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production objectives.
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas as business needs require.
