Job summary

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking a Production Associate to join a growing Medical Device Manufacturing company in the Reno, NV area. This role offers hands-on experience in assembling devices and contributing to patient-ready products.

You will follow GMP guidelines, maintain production records, and work closely with a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. No prior experience required, though manufacturing exposure is a plus; high school diploma or GED required;

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer/documentation skills.
  • Dependable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Repetitive task comfort with good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical devices and components per work instructions and SOPs.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Follow GMP, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production objectives.
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed.
