Base pay range

$24.02/hr - $24.02/hr

Role & Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
• Operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
• Record production data and results as required.
• Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
• Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
• Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to take measurements to verify specifications.
• Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Pay Rate: $25.03/hr. Adjustments may be made based on qualifications and experience.
