Job Location: Quakertown, PA
Shifts: 6am-6pm, 2/2/3 Schedule
Compensation: $21.84/hour

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Technical Operator will be responsible for operating equipment, evaluating samples, and compiling reports. Key duties include:

• Safety: Support a safe working environment, report unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• Support Plant Operations: Daily activities include safety, quality, housekeeping, operations, maintenance, material handling, and inventory management. Maintain communication with peers and managers, be flexible to work in multiple areas, and record data when necessary.
• Environmental and Housekeeping: Follow environmental protocols, dispose of trash properly, keep floors clean, and prevent contamination.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and inspections (training provided).
• Quality Assurance: Follow operating procedures and process controls to ensure quality.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Promote safety, quality, customer service, and productivity improvements through team engagement.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and exposure to electrical/mechanical equipment.
