Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Production Operator for our Devon, PA facility. You will perform production tasks in a safe, productive, and high-quality manner, including loading/unloading, inspection, packing, and material movement.

You will record production data and monitor equipment, contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving within a dynamic team. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and availability for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Basic to intermediate computer usage is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials as part of production tasks.
• Inspect, pack and move materials as required.
• Record production statistics and monitor equipment operation.
