Job summary

JM Eagle is seeking a dependable General Worker/Extrusion Technician to support production lines in a fast-paced plant environment. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, packaging finished product, measuring dimensions, and assisting with line start-ups and changeovers.

The role requires basic math, ability to read safety and operating instructions, and willingness to pass a certification test within 90 days. Safety and teamwork are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and 90 days experience as General Worker.
• Must be able to pass the Job Certification Test for Level B within 90 days of last level change.
• Experience operating or supporting extrusion/production lines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain all documentation and barcode system for production reporting.
• Operate a forklift truck safely and perform inspections as directed.
• Maintain operation of multiple lines including loading gaskets and packaging end products for shipment.
• Visually inspect product for quality control and measure pipe dimensions as directed.
• Assist in start-up activities and changeovers; report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
