Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will help ensure products meet quality standards while operating industrial equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
• Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
• Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned.
• May be assigned to different areas and/or shifts as production requires.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and behavior to work effectively in a team.

The pay range for this position is $21 - $34 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
