Job description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of catalyst carriers. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing work demands, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Stow, OH

Pay Range: $18/hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine manufacturing tasks for new or existing products according to standardized procedures.
  • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all established environmental, health, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct production activities focused on weighing, mixing, forming, and drying during the manufacturing process.
  • Submit samples in the ERP quality system and maintain accurate documentation of the process.
  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to regulatory and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • One (1) year of work experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to perform intermediate math operations, including decimals and fractions.
