Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Operator in Oak Ridge, TN to support the manufacturing department. You will perform multiple processes, operate and monitor equipment, and inspect parts to meet quality standards.

This temp-to-hire role offers Day, Mid, and Overnight shifts, a $17–$20/hour DOE pay range, weekly pay, and a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret standard and metric measurements.

Our clientis seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform multiple manufacturing processes following work order specifications

• Take corrective action on non-conforming products
• Transfer parts between processes using computer systems

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills
• Ability to read and interpret standard and metric measurements
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
