Core Duties
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of industrial manufacturing machinery.
- Oversee production processes while addressing minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct essential quality inspections to help uphold our high standards for finished goods.
- Maintain precise records regarding production output, waste management, and quality metrics.
- Adhere to all established safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment to foster a secure environment.
- Assist with facility maintenance to ensure a clean and organized workspace for the entire team.
- Manage diverse tasks autonomously within a high-speed production setting.
Qualifications
- Completion of a High School diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential.
- Between one and three years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience, or comparable military service.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Availability to commit to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs. and engage in regular bending, twisting, crouching, stair climbing, and gripping.
- Willingness to work in environments that may involve exposure to dust, noise, and various industrial chemicals.
- Prior background operating forklifts, industrial tractors, or manufacturing machinery is highly desirable.
