• Ability to complete production records and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required PPE and obtain respirator clearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, elevators, and forklifts.
• Control material flow to meet established quality standards.
• Complete daily operational and 6S inspections per plant procedures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Conduct cleanup tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
• Communicate plant operating status and equipment conditions with maintenance and plant leadership.
• Report safety concerns, near misses, injuries, and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, elevators, and forklifts.
• Control material flow to produce products that meet established quality standards.
• Complete daily operational and 6S inspections in accordance with plant procedures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Conduct cleanup tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of equipment and work areas.
• Communicate plant operating status and equipment conditions with maintenance and plant leadership.
• Report safety concerns, near misses, injuries, and equipment issues.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.
