About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive Production Operator to join our team at the Harvey Fresh site. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, highly skilled, self-motivated, and able to work shifts and overtime as required. A strong focus on safety and quality is essential. Previous experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Operating fill and pack production lines
• Store room management and stocktaking of multiple SKUs
• Food industry experience

About You:

The successful candidate will have exceptional fault-finding and troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Additional qualifications in warehousing or food processing, as well as experience with SAP, would be advantageous.

We seek a dedicated individual who is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of building positive relationships within the business.
