Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Production Operator for our facility in Greenville, TX. The role supports safe, efficient assembly and packaging with training opportunities and a path to permanent placement. You will use hand tools, follow safety procedures, and work across teams to ensure product quality.

Excellent fit for candidates with at least one year of steady work experience who enjoy practical, hands-on tasks and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently while wearing PPE and following safety protocols.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components with hand tools to meet fit, form and function specifications.
• Keep production and packaging running smoothly.
• Inspect finished products to uphold quality standards.
• Train new hires and assist other teams as needed.
• Engage in CI, 5S and STW improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:

$17.00-$18.00/hour (depending on shift)

Shifts:

6:00am-6:00pm OR 6:00pm-6:00am

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Operating safely and efficiently while wearing required PPE and following all safety protocols
• Cleaning, trimming, and assembling components with hand tools—making sure products meet fit, form, and function standards
• Keeping production and packaging running smoothly
• Inspecting finished products to uphold high quality
• Training new hires and assisting other teams as needed
• Engaging in improvement processes (CI, 5S, STW)
• Other duties as assigned
