Responsibilities include:

• Applying safety standards and adhering to V5000, IATF16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology.
• Performing On the Job Training (OJT) for peers and Stop Scrap procedures.
• Respecting Operator Certification Process and safety, health, environmental, and site rules.
• Ensuring updated work instructions are followed, and standards are maintained, proposing improvements where possible.
• Supporting implementation and maintenance of work standards with support functions and shift supervisors.
• Applying ERIM standards: abnormalities detection, equipment inspection, and preventive maintenance.
• Updating QCDM’s and communication boards as required.
• Working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintaining production rate (KOSU/MES) respecting SQCD targets.
• Reacting promptly to production issues and reporting them.
• Respecting daily MPS Schedule and understanding internal/external customer relationships.
• Developing versatility and competence in all related tasks.
• Submitting and participating in monthly improvement proposals related to safety, efficiency, and 5S.
• Participating in safety, environment risk reduction, and line QRQC activities.
• Respecting Zoning, 5S, and participating in VPS workshops.
• Adhering to physical demands and PPE requirements.

The physical demands include:

• Rarely: Sitting/Driving, Climbing stairs/ladders, balancing.
• Frequently: Bending, kneeling, reaching.
• Continuously: Standing, walking, lifting up to 26 lbs., pushing/pulling.
