We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Production Operator to join our team at our Manufacturing facility. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, maintaining the quality of products, and keeping our work environment organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production line efficiency to ensure timely loading and shipment of products.
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage of material and product inventory in warehouses.
• Keep the work area clean and well-organized to meet safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Replace raw materials needed for production as required.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain production flow and meet quality standards.
• Conduct required startup and shutdown inspections.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment or quality issues that may affect customer service.
• Follow all company policies related to production, safety, and HR.
• Cross-train in all production tasks based on the training metrics set by the company.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand part numbers, labels, and work/safety instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with assembly, fabrication, or other manufacturing techniques.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
