• Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure equipment functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support production goals by completing additional tasks as directed by management.

Job Description

At the Bosch Kentwood, MI facility, you’ll join a team specializing in the precision manufacturing and re-manufacturing of diesel fuel systems, primarily supporting the rail industry. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring critical components meet the demands of Bosch’s global supply chain.

As a Production Operator, you’ll help ensure optimal performance across various production lines, making a direct impact on the continued success of the facility and the products it produces.

Work Schedule:

• Work shifts are 8 hours per day, including a 15-minute break and a 30‑minute lunch.
• Voluntary overtime is available for up to 4 additional hours per day.
• Current openings are for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

Hourly Compensation: The U.S. base hourly wage for this full‑time position is$24.31/hr with an additional $1.00 shift premium based on the assigned shift.
