A Day in the Life:

Responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and operating safely within established guidelines in a team environment.

Position Details:

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
• Overtime and weekend work required as needed.
• Flexible/rotating schedule to meet peak demands.
• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.26

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Able to operate in a team environment with Safety and Quality in mind.
• Participate in site Safety programs, including Near Miss reporting and PPE usage.
• Learn to operate filling machines, capping machines, quality systems, labelers, code daters, check weighers, and support equipment.
• Perform routine package quality checks accurately.
• Stand for long periods.
• Interpret tank levels, valve, and pump settings to ensure correct product filling via computerized systems.
• Work in shifts, including overtime and some weekends.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate forklifts for warehouse tasks, loading, and receiving.
• Lifting capacity of 50 lbs. as needed.
• Perform tasks safely, maintain good attendance.
• Participate in food safety and quality programs.
• Support company values and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a production facility preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and results orientation.
