Production Operator - Fort Worth, TX - Onsite

Location: Fort Worth, TX

The Production Operator is responsible for all production activities, operating production equipment in accordance with plant capacity, SHE requirements, SOPs, quality standards, and time sequences. Performs duties related to manufacturing of custom vitamin premixes, including receiving, unloading, storing, delivering, and shipping raw and finished materials.

Responsibilities
  • Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispenser room, weigh as required, and add to mixers. May also print labels, fill silos, complete packaging, sample, inspect, and palletize raw and finished goods.
  • Work independently in pre-weigh, batch build, and COP areas.
  • Monitor equipment and process parameters, record conditions and actions.
  • Report issues to the Team Lead and suggest process adjustments.
  • Take samples and analyze, deciding on operational actions.
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment to ensure continuous operation.
  • Maintain good housekeeping, following safety, cGMPs, 5S, and allergen storage guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in manufacturing production.
  • Computer literacy with SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
