Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Production Associate/Machine Operator to operate molding presses and related machinery. You will follow visual instructions and work orders, inspect parts for defects, and report scrap accurately.

You will also pack parts, train a reliever on run requirements, and maintain a clean, safe work area per policy. Must be able to read, understand, and follow directions in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus for teamwork and communication in a

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and machinery following visual instructions and work orders.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and separate from the production run.
• Accurately report scrap and prepare products for packaging.
• Pack parts for shipment according to instructions.
• Instruct reliever on product and molding requirements for each run.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety policies.
• Document job hours and ISO documentation as required.
