Role Responsibilities

TCCI is actively expanding its Production team in Decatur, IL, to facilitate growth and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. We are recruiting a Production Operator who will focus on feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines, making repairs as needed, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow required safety and work procedures
• Meet deadlines for individual production tasks during shifts
• Report defective products or machinery
• Feed raw materials or parts into automated/semi-automated or hand-operated machines and equipment
• Install parts in specified relationships to each other
• Set up and stock assigned workstations according to documentation
• Use hand tools, torque tools, presses, washers, functional test stands, and assembly lines
• Inspect parts for defects using instruments, gauges, and measuring devices as specified in control plans

Key Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a production operator

• High School Diploma or GED required
