Pay Range: $18/hour
Shift Available: 7am-3:30pm

Summary

As a Production Operator, you will operate machinery and handle raw materials to produce high-quality probiotic and enzyme products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will help ensure our products are made accurately and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Operate Equipment – Safely run and monitor production machinery.
  • Handle Materials – Weigh, count, document, and verify raw materials.
  • Follow Production Guidelines – Ensure products meet batch records and specifications.
  • Maintain Cleanliness – Clean equipment and work areas per SOPs.
  • Recordkeeping – Complete batch records and data entries accurately.
  • Safety & Compliance – Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and report issues.
  • Assist with Equipment Maintenance – Learn troubleshooting and upkeep of machines.
Education
  • Minimum – High School Diploma

  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar environment is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a clean, safety-focused environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and present information effectively.

  • Reasoning ability – Apply common sense to instructions and problems.
