Job Summary

The Production Operator at GAF is responsible for performing operations work required to manufacture shingle products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role involves operating machinery, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and training other operators to enhance team performance. The position emphasizes a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in production processes.

Essential Duties

• Perform operations work to manufacture shingle products.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate equipment and machinery to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems as they arise.
• Rotate jobs in assigned areas (Process or Packaging).
• Train other operators to improve team performance.

Qualifications Required

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.Base Hourly Rate: $27.88
