Job summary

T1 Energy is hiring a Production Operator to drive and execute daily production line work while meeting safety and quality standards. You will monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the Line Leader to resolve line issues.

Expect 12-hour shifts (4-3 / 3-4) and responsibilities that include material verification, assembly, testing, and hands-on quality checks to ensure solar modules meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators.
• Perform duties safely, reliably, and efficiently as instructed by the Line Leader.
• Verify correct material consumption at the line according to the Build of Materials.
• Identify and record acceptable and defective products.
• Assemble, inspect, and clean solar modules per work instructions.
• Operate and monitor automated machinery continuously.
• Perform continuity testing using a meter.
• Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations.
• Conduct basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Clean machines, tools, and equipment.
• Take on other duties as assigned by leadership.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Operator which will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day work of the production line while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met. Production Operators continuously monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues. You will be required to work 12-hour shifts (4-3 / 3-4).

What You’ll Do

• Communicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators
• Performs all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader
• Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials
• Identify and record acceptable and defective products
• Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions
• Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery
• Perform continuity testing using a meter
• Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations
• Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality
• Clean machines, tools, and equipment
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership
