Join to apply for the Production Operator role at Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms.

This role involves starting, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing equipment safely. There are three levels (I, II, & III), with level determined by experience and ability to troubleshoot independently. The operator will work with production equipment, including industrial blenders, following the established schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery following safety rules.
• Meet or exceed production output standards.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Inspect equipment and materials to identify issues.
• Follow work orders and formulas to meet production goals.
• Transfer materials and ensure equipment cleanliness and proper setup.
• Record operational data and report malfunctions.
• Assist in quality control and operational assessments.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask with attention to detail.
• Reliability, flexibility, and adherence to safety procedures.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 75 lbs.
