Description

As a Production Operator in the Machine Shop, you will set up, monitor, and maintain machines and equipment used on production lines. Responsibilities include feeding metal parts into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.

How You Will Help

• Operator: Feed metal parts into metalworking machines, secure parts, activate machine processes, remove products, inspect for defects, and repeat.
• Tester: Load products onto machines, secure, lower into solution, observe for air bubbles indicating defects, discard defective products, and complete production forms.
• Assembler: Assemble components manually or with pneumatic drivers according to specifications.
• Chip and Oil Worker: Service machines, fill with coolant/oil, clean chips/sludge, change filters, and perform pump-out procedures.
• Paint Line Operator: Load and unload products from conveyor into paint machines, handle painted products, and repeat.
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.

All offers are contingent upon background checks, drug screens/physicals, and paperwork completion.

Skills Required

• Standing up to 10 hours daily.
• Repetitive use of hands and feet for up to 10 hours.
• Constant awareness of surroundings.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Benefits

• Starting pay $19.06/hr with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift.
