Job summary

Wickeder Group │ Engineered Materials Solutions, located in Colorado Springs, is seeking a dedicated efab operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and technical expertise to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include operating cleaning and plating processes, processing parts, performing chemical additions, and conducting inspections. A High School Diploma is required, along with basic PC skills and the ability to read blueprints. Experience with chemicals and safety protocols is preferred.

Qualifications

• Some heavy lifting may be required.

EMS, Thin Metal Parts is seeking a dedicated and skilled efab operator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning and plating processes


• Process parts through the appropriate chemical baths, following run sheets


• Perform chemical additions as specified by lab


• Use a micrometer to measure parts, perform calculations and adjust process parameters


• In-process inspection of parts using naked eye and magnification


• Transfer of chemicals to and from electroforming/photo areas


• General maintenance of equipment and housecleaning of all areas


• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task (work in different areas of building on different products simultaneously)
