Job summary

General Mills in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a General Production Operator. The role offers a starting rate of $22.06/hour with progression after orientation and training, plus vacation and holidays.

You will assist packaging, equipment start-ups, changeovers, and routine maintenance across a 12-hour rotating schedule. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 lbs, and communicate in English.

• Perform quality and safety checks on production lines.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
