What role you will play in our team

The primary function of a Lease Operator is to oversee the performance and maintenance of oil and gas wells, equipment, and facilities in a specific region. Their duties involve tracking production and safety activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and carrying out routine maintenance. Additionally, Lease Operators collect essential data such as production volumes and flow rates, documenting findings in daily and monthly reports. They may also coordinate with third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and effectively
