Job summary

CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) is hiring for production roles in Carey, Idaho. You will perform finishing, sanding, de-flashing, and machine/press operations, ensuring quality control and safe use of hand and power tools. The job requires standing up to 8 hours and offers shift options.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a $1.00 second-shift differential and $0.50 third-shift differential. A 65-day probation period followed by progressive raises through the first year applies.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• GED or HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Attention to detail.

• Starting rate $19.00 (plus $1.00 shift differential for 2ndshift; and .50 shift differential for 3rdshift). Additional .75 increase after completion of 65-day probationary period. Progressive increases every 12 months to top rate.
