Job summary

Barlean's Organic Oils, LLC is seeking a proactive Production team member for our Ferndale, WA location. This onsite role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting day shift operations in the production area.

You will operate equipment, assemble materials, and help ensure product quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in the production process.

• Communicate effectively with coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, Barlean's SOPs, and SQF regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative team player to join our day shift Production Team. This person must be able to operate equipment efficiently and effectively while adhering to the run schedule assigned by the team leader.

Location and hours

This is an onsite position at our Ferndale, WA locations. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday / 6 AM-4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Operate equipment to assist in the production process
• Assemble materials and equipment as required
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met

Knowledge and skill requirements

Education and experience

High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience in working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Working conditions are normal for a plant/manufacturing environment.
