Job summary

Barleans in Ferndale, WA is seeking a proactive Production Team member for the day shift. You will operate equipment, assemble materials, and inspect products to maintain quality. You’ll load/unload raw materials and support continuous improvement while meeting deadlines on a Monday-Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm schedule.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-starting, and physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. GMP, SOP, and SQF compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in the production process.
• Assemble materials and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, Barlean's SOPs, and SQF regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative team player to join our day shift Production Team. This person must be able to operate equipment efficiently and effectively while adhering to the run schedule assigned by the team leader.

Location and hours

This is an onsite position at our Ferndale, WA locations. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday / 6 AM-4:30 PM.

Requirements

Education and experience
