Job Summary

The Production Operator will oversee and operate various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. The focus is on ensuring the manufacturing process functions effectively and that production goals and timelines are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate various production machinery and tools.
• Produce the required quantity of products within specifications and tolerances.
• Perform quality testing on finished products.
• Assemble products and parts during manufacturing.
• Inspect equipment prior to use, perform adjustments and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain logs of units produced and record errors leading to rejects.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Complete additional responsibilities to achieve team goals.

Required Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

• At least two years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements
