Job summary

Arconic Corporation (Bloomsburg, PA) is seeking Production Operators to operate production equipment and meet quality targets on the night shift. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, performing quality checks, and completing shift paperwork.

Overtime may be required and a pay raise is provided after 180 days. Preferred candidates have aluminum product experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to read basic shop drawings and measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum products is a plus
• Ability to read basic shop drawings and measurements (fractions/decimals)
• Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality targets
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Conduct quality checks and visually inspect products for defects
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Support night shift operations and adapt to overtime requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Are you an energetic and dependable employee that takes pride in your craft and are available for immediate hire? We are currently seeking Production Operators for the Bloomsburg, PA Kawneer/Arconic facility.

The Operator will be responsible to operate production equipment to meet quality/production targets and must show a commitment to environmental, health and safety and continuous improvement.

• Follows all safety procedures
• Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping pace
• Follow instructions
• Perform quality checks; visually inspect product for defects
• Completes required paperwork
• Positions will be night shift
• Duties required may include tasks that are safety sensitive
• Overtime will be required
• Other Job Duties as required

• Effective March 2, 2026 Starting Pay is $23.78 per hour
  • Guaranteed pay increase after 180days to $25.57 per hour.

Basic Qualifications

• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• Candidates must be available to work night shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Aluminum product knowledge and/or experience with door and storefront fabrication
• Self-motivated, focused on detail, people and service oriented, and possess good communication skills.
• Experience with machine-based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines.
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools; ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals.
