Job description

Production Operator - Thomasville, NC

Pay: $19.00

Shift: Day, 7:00am - 3:00pm

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the delivery of quality products to our customers. Your work directly impacts people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment, following job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently for production processing.
• Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions, replacements, and repairs.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Assist junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment as needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Operate trucks and industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
