We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join our AM shift team in Bromborough!

• 5 out of 6 days
• 07:00am to 15:30pm
• Voluntary overtime at premium pay rate

Your job as a Production Operative will be to process and pack products in line with customer specifications and deadlines, while meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing raw materials according to specifications, into baskets and OCM baskets, stacking onto pallets, and adjusting for changeovers.
• Ensuring raw materials meet quality standards before packing.
• Maintaining site standards to produce safe, legal, and authentic products.
• Reporting faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining factory cleanliness standards and encouraging others to do the same.
• Managing waste to minimize losses, following online schematics for yield management.
• Following GMP guidelines at all times.
