Your Role
The Cold Heading Operator will be a hands-on position responsible for high quality manufacturing of self-piercing rivets (SPR). Tasks include set-up and running a 6-station cold heading machine and ensure all settings are proper to achieve optimal results. Operators will be responsible for following processes as described by the work instructions and keeping work area clean and organized.
