Job summary

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large poultry factory site in Holton. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including trussing, cooking, bagging and packing of poultry.

The role offers immediate start with temp to perm opportunities, and includes benefits such as free transport, weekly pay, and training given. Shifts run 06:00-16:00 or 07:00-15:00, with option to travel to Holton for the role.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; immediate start.
• Able to work up to 12 hours per shift.
• You will be able to travel to Holton.

Responsibilities

• Packing of customer product as per required specification.
• Basic quality checks of product.
• General production duties.
• Some lifting of product.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
• To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
• This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must maintain cleanliness and safety.

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment, and your duties will be as follows:

• Packing of customer product as per required specification
• Basic quality checks of product
• General production duties
• Some lifting of product
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
• To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
• This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times
• General duties outlined by your shift supervisor

As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Can start immediately and are looking for long-term work
• No previous experience needed
• Able to work up to 12 hours per shift
